Are you between 4 and 13 years old? Can you hold a 'Wall Sit'?
Entries will be open 11-29th November and there is a prize for the longest in each age group. Watch the video to see what to do and the rules to follow.
GOOD LUCK!

Training:
Start simply by getting your pupils, and teachers, to do 'wall squats'.
They should hold the seated position for ten seconds at a time before sliding back up the wall to a standing position. Doing a few reps of this each day will help as they build it up to the big finale where you time everyone's best effort and submit the best three times for each age group!
Rules:
1. back must be flat against the wall for the whole time
2. knees and hips must be at 90 degrees
3. feet should be facing forwards and should be at hip width
4. hands shouldn't be on knees (arms can be folded, hanging straight down or straight out front and, although the legs can't move, the arms may)
5. video evidence is necessary
6. children should not push themselves so hard that they injure themselves (However, their muscles may be sore for a couple of days after).
7. enter your best 3 times for each year group, plus your top three male and female teachers!
